Click Here for the camp waiver and liability form. All players must have a signed waiver on file in order to participate in camp.
All Bill Brown Baseball camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants within the age specifications listed, on a first come first served basis.
Bill Brown Baseball reserves the right to postpone any camp due to inclement weather or unforeseen scheduling conflicts. In the event of bad weather, campers are urged to call the hotline at (703) 993-3659 before leaving home. All changes in schedules will be announced at least one hour prior to camp start time. If camp is postponed, it will be made up at the earliest convenient day and time. If a make-up date is unavailable, credit in the amount equal to one day of the cost of the camp will be issued. This credit may be used for any future camp. Bill Brown Baseball will not be responsible for sessions missed for personal reasons, and will not guarantee any make-up.
All requests for refunds or camp credit must be submitted by email to baseball@gmu.edu to ensure processing. Cash refunds, less the registration fee, will be issued for cancellations up to one week before the start date of the camp. Camp credit, valid for one calendar year, will be issued for cancellations less than one week before the start date of the enrolled camp, or during the session, and will have a value equal to unattended days. Cash refunds will not be offered for cancellations less than one week before the start date of the enrolled session or during the camp.
Unless otherwise noted this is not an overnight camp. For overnight camps each player is responsible for transportation and hotel accommodations for the camp.
